Football Jersey

Players can wear anything in training โ€” bibs are provided to separate teams. For friendly or official matches, wear the APU official football jersey. No loose or casual T-shirts allowed.

Football Shorts

Wear proper sports shorts. Jeans or casual pants are not allowed on the field.

Football Boots

Players need to wear proper football boots with rubber or plastic studs. Metal studs are not allowed for safety reasons.

Shin Guards

Shin guards are compulsory for all players. They protect your legs from injuries during tackles and collisions.

Football Socks

Wear long football socks that cover your shin guards completely. Match team colour where possible (match days only).

Water Bottle

Always bring a water bottle to training. Staying hydrated is important, especially in Malaysia's hot weather.

Goalkeeper Gloves

Only for goalkeepers. Gloves help with grip and protect the hands when saving shots.

The club provides footballs for training. However, players are encouraged to bring their own Size 5 football for extra practice.
